Lloyd Diamonds offers you an extended 2 year warranty on our Preowned Rolex watches. The warranty covers all 'moving parts' within the watch.
This means your watch is completely covered should it stop working or malfunction. This of course, is void in cases of misuse or abuse of the timepiece.
Authenticity Guarantee
Our watches are guaranteed to have genuine Rolex watch components as follows: case, caseback, movement parts (100+ pieces). Some of our watches come with a brand new Italian-made 18K gold, 18K/14K & stainless steel, or other material replacement bracelet. The reason we sometimes replace the original bands is they often become very loose over time and need to be replaced, on average, every seven to ten years with normal wear. Lloyds Diamonds sometimes will replace the bracelet with a new, high quality one, that exceeds industry quality standards.
Some of our natural diamonds on our watches are custom additions. This includes custom diamond bezels, custom diamond dials (original Rolex that have been refinished or refurbished). Crystals that are damaged, or well worn, are replaced with high quality aftermarket sapphire conversion replacements, or acrylic crystals.
